Join the Judges Panel

UKPH would like to extend their sincerest thank you to the exceptional judges who have contributed to our significant judges panel thus far.

If you would like to be reconsidered for our 2025 panel please head over to DOWNLOADS where you will find the Existing Judges Application Form and also the New Judges Application Form. Fill out and return the appropriate form either by post or email. Payment must be made either by cheque or via The Online Shop.

The Board will consider all applications and you will be notified of your acceptance onto the relevant panel.

PLEASE NOTE: Your application consists of the office receiving BOTH the relevant form and payment. If either is not submitted you will not appear on the Judges Panel for the relevant year.

Our Panels

UKPH Platinum Panel

The UKPH Platinum Panel is by invitation only.

UKPH invite a total of 25 Judges per year. The judges are given authorisation to judge any class from any panel.

The fee is either the Adult Membership Fee or the Judges Only fee.

Applications run from the 1st January to the 31st December annually.

UKPH Gold Panels

The gold panels are for Judges who are authorised to judge HOYS and RIHS qualifying classes.

All judges are expected to attend a judges conference at least once every 3 years.
